Martin, graduate engineer, and Friedhelm Wiesmann, bachelor of commerce, founded the automobile company in Germany, on 1985. They chose a gecko as their logo because according to them, Wiesmann cars stick to the road like geckos to a wall. Just like their concept of a gecko, the company has also stayed in the business for years now. And this wouldn’t be possible without their efforts in producing quality cars. The company is known for making cars that have a very remarkable and classy exterior. That is why they are thinking of exporting vehicles to USA by 2010.
